Dental Payment Processing & Merchant Services | Archy

PAYMENT POSTING

Skip the manual entry after every payment

Every payment posts straight to the patient's ledger. Your team never has to manually close out balances at the end of the day.

WIRELESS TERMINAL

Accept modern payments with a wireless terminal

A wireless terminal ships during onboarding so it's ready to use out of the box. It accepts tap, chip, and mobile wallets, letting patients pay with their preferred method.

PAYOUTS

See today's payments in tomorrow's balance

A payment collected today settles overnight. The funds land in your bank account the next business day.

Built-in payment features that save your desk time

Swiping a card takes a few seconds. Dental credit card processing should handle everything before and after that moment too, from tokenizing to posting to reconciling.

PCI-compliant

Card numbers store as tokens instead of raw data, keeping stored card details off your desk.

Surcharging program

Pass card fees to patients legally, with required disclosures built in, to offset processing costs.

One processor, every method

Card-on-file, online payments, and text-to-pay all run through the same processor, so nothing needs a separate merchant account.

Refund and chargeback posting

Adjustments post directly to the patient ledger, skipping a manual entry step.

Dr. Christine Liu

"Having the text to pay option is is really nice...we didn't have to send a statement or anything because they just they just took care of it as soon as they got the text."

Valene Landon
Director of Finance

“EagleSoft and Dentrix lacked cloud access. With Archy, I manage appointments and message patients on the go.”

Connected to the rest of Archy

A payment posted in one place and a balance tracked in another rarely stay in agreement for long. Dental merchant services should keep both in the same ledger, always.

Frequently asked questions

Is card surcharging legal, and how does Archy handle it?

Surcharging rules vary by location, and Archy does not support credit card surcharging in jurisdictions where it is prohibited or restricted by law. Where permitted, Archy's optional program applies strictly to credit card payments with required disclosures built in automatically. Debit, FSA, and prepaid cards are ineligible for surcharging by law, so processing fees for those cards remain with your practice.

Is dental credit card processing through Archy PCI-compliant?

Yes. Card numbers tokenize into PCI-compliant storage rather than saving raw card data, and that token powers card-on-file billing and recurring payment plans.

Does the terminal accept HSA and FSA cards?

Yes. HSA and FSA cards run on standard card networks, so the wireless terminal accepts them the same way it accepts any other debit or credit card.

How fast do payouts arrive after a payment is collected?

Payments settle automatically in a daily batch overnight and typically arrive in your bank account by around noon the next business day. Payouts run on business days only, so anything collected late Friday or before a holiday arrives the next business day.

What are the processing rates?

Rates depend on your practice's card mix and volume. Ask your rep for a statement analysis comparing your current processor's rates against Archy's.
