Flow 1: Customer Communications Tools
Step 1
Archy's online self-scheduling tool lets you include a button on your site, enabling patients to seamlessly book or request appointments themselves.
Step 2
In the settings, you can customize which type of patients - new or existing - can book, and even limit the types of appointments they can schedule, such as cleanings or consultations, excluding lengthier ones like crowns or cavity fillings.
Step 3
You also have the flexibility to determine when different types of patients can book or request appointments in your schedule. For instance, you may prefer to see new patients only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Step 4
Since this involves a new patient, the next step in the self-scheduling process is to gather their details. If they don't already exist in the system, this information will automatically generate a new patient profile in Archy.
Step 5
After Jack schedules his appointment, it's automatically slotted into the schedule.
Step 6
As Jack is a new patient, Archy will automatically send him a text with a link to fill out the new patient intake forms online. Once he completes them, the data he provides will be automatically added into Archy.
Step 7
Archy will also automatically send Jack a text message reminder to confirm his appointment.
Step 8
Archy includes both automated texting and two-way texting features. So, if Jack has a question, he can text it directly to you, and you can respond right from within Archy.
